About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Fenland Adult Community Team for two full time Social Workers.

We are looking to recruit experienced, enthusiastic, registered Qualified Social Workers who are strongly committed to working in partnership with the people of Cambridgeshire.

If you are looking for a new challenge, and have the experience and skills to complete Care Act Assessments and Reviews and participate in promoting a learning environment, we would like to hear from you.  You will be joining our established team of person centred, passionate, enthusiastic, and committed Social Work and Social Care Practitioners.

Our Community Teams are currently working to a hybrid model, with part-remote and flexible options available in line with our service needs. This includes 9 day fortnights and staggered start and finish times.  Once fully trained, our Social Workers will work from the office up to three days each week, the office base for this team is Hereward Hall, March in Cambridgeshire.  Office working has proven invaluable to our Social Workers as there are opportunities to share best practice, discuss cases and provide peer support. We hope your practice will benefit greatly from this collaborative working environment.
