About the role
We are looking for committed and enthusiastic Social Workers that know good practice and have great mentoring and leadership skills.
As a Social Worker in the Children in Care Team, you’ll be called upon to make decisions that will have a big impact on the health, safety wellbeing and long-term outcome of children and young people. The needs of the child will be at the centre of everything you do, as you make choices based on achieving the best possible outcome for everyone.
Our model of Social Work promotes a culture of support and collaborative working with a vast range of learning and development opportunities. Unique to us, our model offers systemic trained family therapists who provide a clinical lens to assessment, planning and evidence-based interventions with children and their families.
