Salary – £65,000 – £68,000 (depending on experience)

What makes a successful Senior Facilities Manager at Rendall & Rittner?
You will be an experienced executive level Facilities Manager with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects and stakeholders at any given time.
You will have strong technical knowledge around health and safety, statutory compliance, setting up PPM’s, O&M’s, M&E and new site mobilisation.
You will have high level reporting experience and the ability to cascade information to various stakeholders across the board not limited to client reporting, hosting residential surgeries and contractors.
You will oversee the daily management of the facilities department in respect of staff, project management, dealing with handovers, mobilisation, snagging, staffing strategies and overall project management.
You’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests and your team.
You’ll have successfully worked with a variety of contracts and liaising with key personnel daily basis.
You’ll ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others.
