Main Responsibilities

• Strengthen cardfactory ERP partnerships and internal collaborations.
• Utilize ERP to drive cardfactory’s strategic goals.
• Opt for efficient, standard ERP configurations.
• Provide comprehensive ERP system support and innovation.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within IT teams.
• Regularly update and report on ERP system progress.

The Ideal Candidate

• Seeking a Business Systems Architect with retail sector experience and supply chain ERP knowledge.
• Must possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Requires experience in application support, ERP system implementation, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong demonstrable experience necessary.
• Desirable skills include coding, ability to work under pressure, and systematic problem resolution.
• The candidate should be a self-driven team player, outcome-focused, and adept at managing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts are essential.
• Must be able to work accurately at a fast pace, both independently and as part of a team.
