Job Details

Role Purpose
The role
will work with the Head of Revenue Management, Head of Revenue Management
Systems and Revenue Team to develop and refine new processes that enable more
efficient and effective pricing decisions within the current environment
ensuring consistency is followed. 

To support the scoping, testing and launch of
new functionality in Haven Playbooks. Ensuring all developments can be
replicated easily across both Haven and Warner when required
To support the scoping testing and launch of a
“New Revenue Management System” whether that is an internally built system
or via a Revenue Management supplier

To support the continuous improvement of
Revenue Management processes at Haven by building and maintaining
documentation of current processes. The what, when, how and most
importantly why

Role requirements:
Basic understanding of Revenue Management principles and concepts, within the travel sector 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
Strong fact-gathering and research skills, with excellent attention to detail 
Strong/advanced MS Excel skills 
Good MS PowerPoint and Word capabilities 
Experience working in a commercial or process improvement role, ideally within the hotel, airline or car rental sectors
