As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will… 

– Deputise
in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, escalating any issues when required.
– Provide a safe and secure environment for our Team and Guests.
– Induct
& support new starters and the completion of core departmental training. 
– Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and
greeting our guests.
– Lead & coach
the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team.

Pay Rates: 16 to 17 from £7.50, 18 to 20 from £9.97, 21+ from
£11.44 per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift

Experience and Qualifications 

You may already be a Supervisor, Deputy Manager or Team Leader in
a Restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment.
Or perhaps you’re already an F&B superstar and you’re ready for that next
step in your career which is great! All we are looking for is a ‘Team Player’ who is
eager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side.

and 39 beautiful seaside locations and our HQ based in Hemel Hempstead.

Working hours are on a rota over a 7 day period and could
include evenings and weekends (depending on role). We aim to offer flexibility
