About the Team

Experienced and aspiring project managers are needed to join an experienced and supportive team. Working across all areas of the Council we have a range of projects that will challenge and expand your project experience. About the Role

To lead Projects, that will implement solutions to deliver benefits and improved outcomes across the county. You will ensure projects adhere to the Council’s governance standards, objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.

Key Requirements

Management of projects; establishing the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
Effective project governance, processes and systems
Preparation and maintenance of schedules of activity, including producing the master project plan
Leadership of the overall cross-functional project team
Experience of managing conflicting, changing priorities and schedules
A strong communicator with the ability to effectively interact across various levels, teams, and cultures
