About the role

 

We’re looking for a Head of Ticketing to lead on the strategic development, and operational implementation, of our ticketing policy and systems’ operations.  Working in a fast paced, fan-facing environment, the role will work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver a world-class supporter experience.

 

Working closely with the Commercial Venue Director, this role will support the development of data and insights for all venue ticketing. You will oversee ticket pricing strategies and technology, marketing plans and ticket distribution. Acting as an advocate for excellent fan/customer service, you will also have responsibility for leading on ticketing-related stakeholder communications and identifying, and implementing, innovative solutions that enhance the supporter experience.

 

Your impact

 

You will have extensive experience working within a similar role within the sports / ticketing industry, specifically within large-scale venues.

 

With significant experience of leading a fan/customer-service focussed team to identify, and mitigate, internal and external challenges through a long-term strategic approach, it is important that you have a proven track record in managing high-profile, large-scale events.

 

Resilience and the ability to work with discretion are essential.

 

About the team

 

Joining our growing Commercial Venue team, you will work closely with the Commercial Venue Director and lead a team of supporter focussed colleagues.
