Job Description

Working in conjunction with the Works Engineering Management team, a vacancy has arisen for a Facilities Technical Administrator. The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to our various teams located in Gloucestershire & Miskin.  The position requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, input and analyse meter readings, utility billing, F-Gas & waste data to assist with Group Corporate & Social responsibilities and Sustainability..

  • Ensuring billing invoices are accurate, raise queries and correctly stored.

  • Management of contractor inductions and Risk & Method statement documentation.

  • To liaise with our customers and generate work requests using a CMMS.

  • To update training documentation, matrices, and work instructions.

Key requirements

  • A good level of computer literacy.

  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office software package.

  • Good organisational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Full UK driving licence

Person specification

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, confident, and positive. They will possess excellent communication skills, contributing to discussions. An ability to work both as part of a team autonomously is essential.  They will display a focused organised approach to the role together with the demonstration of effective time management, prioritisation and decision making.  Demonstrate good initiative and have an excellent attention to detail.
