We’re looking for a dependable Cleaning Technician to help keep Citizen’s offices, sheltered housing, and communal residential areas clean, safe, and welcoming in Coventry.

Position: Cleaning Technician
Salary: £25,893
Location: Torrington Avenue, Coventry, CV4 9AJ
Basis: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday – Sunday 5 working days over 7- 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of sites in Coventry, working flexibly and taking pride in maintaining excellent standards. Duties include:
- Cleaning communal areas, offices, and specialist housing
- Carrying out block inspections and dealing with hazards or spillages
- Using a range of cleaning methods and equipment
- Removing litter, refuse, and small-scale graffiti
- Completing daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks
- Reporting repairs, damage, and larger waste issues
- Working independently and as part of a team
Qualifications and experience:
You’ll have:
- Previous cleaning experience
- A good understanding of basic health & safety
- A reliable, professional approach
- The ability to meet set standards and deadlines
- A full driving licence and willingness to drive a small company van
