We are a growing specialist Primary school of 121 pupils. We are increasing to 131 pupils from September. We serve the SEND needs of a broad spectrum range of children with, ASD, PMLD, SLD, MLD and associated sensory, social, communication and behaviour difficulties.

We offer a caring workforce and a stimulating new teaching environment, as well as a bespoke curriculum model which is child centred and flexible to meet the needs of every child.

Every day in a specialist setting is challenging and different; we are seeking to recruit teachers who have a positive, resilient ‘can do’ attitude to join our team.

At Tiverton we work very closely with our families and other professionals to ensure best possible outcomes for our pupils. We aim to equip them with the range of skills and knowledge they need for school life and future.

If you are passionate about delivering high quality education and work hard to make a difference to your pupils, then please contact the school to find out more.

An understanding of the EYFS and KS1 primary curriculum and pedagogy would be welcomed, as well as a deeper understanding of pupils with complex learning difficulties and associated  behaviours.
