Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week), 5 days over 7. Mix of early and late shifts
Hourly rate: £12.50

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Elite Athlete Centre & Hotel.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth and efficient day to day operations of the kitchen.
You will be preparing meals for sporting teams, individual athletes, and guests, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, food safety standards and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained, following standard operating procedures and recipe cards. Working closely with the front of house team, you will support the food and beverage offering to ensure a seamless guest experience and support in managing stock control through good rotational practices and placing food orders as required.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food with previous experience working in a busy kitchen operation. You must have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and guests and be able to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment. You will have good judgment skills to make sound decisions and proactively solve problems. A Level 2 food hygiene qualification is desirable.
