About the role
 
Graypaul Ferrari & Maserati Edinburgh has an extremely exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated and driven Aftersales Manager.
 
As a Sytner Aftersales Manager you will lead from the front and be an inspiration to your Team and colleagues. The position will cover our Service and Parts departments for both brands, ensuring operational performance, customer experience, budget achievement and brand standards are met. You will have a daily focus on maximising labour hours, labour sales and parts sales whilst ensuring that best advice is offered to our clients at all times. 
 
As an integral member of the Senior Management Team you will be responsible for delivering on our Specialist Division Customer Experience journey by setting the bar for luxury within the Automotive Industry. 
 
This is a full-time role which may include weekends and attending Manufacturers training and events on and off site. 
 
 
About you
 
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential as well as strong technical knowledge. Ideally, you will have the ability to work in a high pressured environment and have fantastic leadership skills that can drive a team forward.
 
You will strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mind-set while creating new relationships with all of our clients.
