We are opening a new site in Fareham! Our new Distribution Centre will be a 117,000 sq ft modern DC that will be moving up to 270,000 cases per week and will be servicing our group customers across both retail and catering such as Londis, Budgens and Premier
Your duties within the role will be:
You will be working as a member of the warehouse team to receive, store, pick, stack and despatch ambient and chilled goods to a consistent high quality and in a safe efficient and effective manner.
We have multiple different shift times for this position including:
• 6am-4pm (10 hour shifts any 4 from 7) 4 week rota
• 4pm-12am (10 hour shifts any 4 from 7) 4 week rota
• 2pm-midnight (10 hour shifts any 4 from 7) 4 week rota
• 10pm-8am (10 hour shifts any 4 from 7) 4 week rota
• 10pm-6am (8 hour shifts any 5 from 7) 4 week rota
To be successful in this role your skills and qualifications will include being able to work on own initiative, the ability to work to tight deadlines, able to take direction, be customer focused and self-motivated.
Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be advantageous.
Please note that all candidates will have to undertake a drug and alcohol test as part of the pre-employment tests.
Shift Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Various shifts available)
