We are seeking:-
- a Summer Placement Quantity Surveying in Cardiff
- a Summer Placement Site Management student for Slough
- a Summer Placement Design Management student for Slough
You will be primarily focused within the Quantity Surveying, Site Management or Design Management disciplines.
You’ll gain valuable experience by working on real projects alongside graduates and experienced professionals. We will encourage Summer Placements to document their Placement through case studies and gathering evidence to demonstrate competencies within your chosen discipline and wider construction experience.

Recruitment Process
3 stage application process:
- Apply online – Apply early as we recruit on a first come first serve basis, once all of our positions are full we close applications
- Identify the role and location you wish to be considered for.
- In-Person interview with the recruiting line manager who will be responsible for you during your Summer Placement time at Morgan Sindall.
- Successful applicants are notified! No Assessment Centres!!!
Applications open in October 2025 Year Out Employment will close 31st December 2025 ahead of interviews being held in early 2025.
