The Role
Working in the Registry Team at Ravensbourne, the primary purpose of the role is to manage and co-ordinate key Student Loan activities across the University. This will include but not limited too; managing student funding processes in the SIS system, organising and managing the Course Management System, working with the new Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE) funding model, providing advice and guidance to students and staff on student loan processes and working with internal stakeholders and external agencies on a regular basis.
As a focal point for co-ordinating the student loan processes at the University you will need excellent understanding and insight into complex databases.
In all aspects of the role, you will be working with a wide and diverse range of colleagues and key stakeholders.
You will need a good insight and understanding of Student Loan processes or worked in a similar environment and ideally and good insight into the Registry function and the function of other Higher Education business areas.

The Candidate
The ideal person will be educated to degree or equivalent, preferably have Finance and/or Higher Education related experience, experience and involvement in student records system (preferable SITS) and/or worked with complex data bases, be able to analyse data and problem solve, be proactive and motivated to achieve high standards and be a team player.
The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and be able to engage at all levels in an organisation.
