Description: About the Team

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to join our Education Strategy and Transformation Team to support the development of a range of key Education strategies and workstreams, including the Warwickshire Education Strategy 2024 – 2029, Outdoor Education & Learning strategy 2022 and their associated delivery plans.

You will be part of a small team supporting senior colleagues to monitor, plan and deliver key business activities ensuring that the wider Education Service operates effectively and achieve their outcomes. Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders you will be responsible for developing and implementing improvements across Education, playing a key influential role in shaping, managing, and delivering across the service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will develop strong and robust partnerships both within the Council and with other stakeholders for example; education settings/schools, health colleagues to deliver the key priorities of the Council’s Education Strategy.

If you are highly motivated, skilled, and flexible with a natural curiosity and experience of creative problem solving and enjoy the challenge of a varied workload and excel in an environment which promotes continuous improvement, then this role is for you.

Key Requirements

You will be required to possess exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills.You will have a proven track record of collaborating and building trusted relationships with a wide range of partners, including technical experts, to deliver successful shared outcomes.
