About the role

We’re looking for individuals to join our Safety & Security team where you will manage the Steward Operation to ensure the safety and security of our supporters and customers at matchdays and other events.

You will manage all of the recruitment, onboarding, and inductions for the Stewards, ensuring that optimum resourcing levels are maintained and will act as primary first point of contact in relation to all Steward Operation matters, liaising between management and the steward team.

Your impact

You will have effective communication skills and able to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a proactive and positive approach.

Previous supervisory experience within large scale events management is essential as well as Level 4 Diploma in Spectator Safety Management or be prepared to work towards.

About the team

You will join our Safety and Security team, reporting to our Head of Safety & Security and will work closely with the Deputy Safety Officer.
