  • The Sous Chef is primarily responsible for producing the food for Employee Dining but they are also responsible for Hospitality
  • Ordering
  • Receiving of stock
  • General Supervision of the kitchen including HSE
  • Stock taking
  • Menu planning for Hospitality & Employee Dining
  • The ideal candidate is likely to be a very experienced at Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level

  • Intermediate Food Safety Certificate
  • Adaptable & Flexible , can do attitude
  • Front facing with the ability to engage with customers & clients
  • A genuine interest in food and innovation
