Job Description

Your key tasks

  • Provide efficient support to clients and prospects, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage and resolve client issues, offering professional advice and solutions.
  • Assist the sales and business development teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is effectively communicated and addressed.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings, offering professional support and advice.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is typically required.
  • Several years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of RFx factory system(Ombud) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, business development, and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in customer service, project management, or financial services can be advantageous.
