The Physical Disability and Sensory Service is a county wide service, we have bases at Kings House in Bedworth and Shire Hall in Warwick. We’re seeking Social Care Practitioners to join our expanding Social Care and Support Service. Salary scale will be based on experience and skills.

Key Requirements
You will be an enthusiastic and dedicated person, experienced within Adult Social Care. You will be required to work with a variety of customers, including people with physical disabilities, sensory requirements, carers and their families and other professionals.
You will be required to undertake outcome focused assessments, support planning and reviews. Duty work will also be undertaken within the role. Focusing on strengths and utilising an asset-based approach, you will enable customers to identify outcomes, meet their full potential and maximise their independence. As a strong team player, you will be required to contribute to the development and promotion of the PDSS Team, using imaginative, creative, and innovative ways of meeting the support needs of our customers.
