About You:

As a Service Manager, you will lead and manage our care teams, ensuring exceptional care and support for our children and young people. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a trauma-informed, quality-focused, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, deployment, and management of staff.

    Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant position and 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
  • Education: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
