Description: About the Team

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Warwickshire County Council Voice team. We are looking for an experienced voice engineer who can join our team and make an immediate impact. The successful candidate will have an engineering background specifically in telecommunications, unified communications, and contact centres.

About the Role

The role will include working directly with the comms team to deliver voice and data services to the wider Council, troubleshooting current deployments and working with the team to keep the current system up to date.

Key Requirements

Being able to understand and troubleshoot faults relating to PBXs, contact centres and SBCs.
Role will also include but not limited to: attending of project meetings, directly working with third party suppliers who provide services to WCC, keeping records / documentation up to date
