Our Engineering Team is hiring!
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer who will be working in the Staffology Payroll teams, playing a critical role in building IRIS’ next generation of cloud-based, customer-focused payroll software. You will ensure that the software delivered is of the highest quality, leading by example and promoting the use of continuous integration and automated testing.

We want Agile advocates that will help drive a collaborative culture, fostering sharing and learning across teams. We want you to help with technology and process choices – trying out new ideas, experimenting and not being afraid to fail fast.
What we are seeking
- Strong Experience with Test Automation software (C#, Selenium, SpecFlow, RestSharp)
- Strong Experience in creating automated tests within a Continuous Integration environment (Azure DevOps)
- Experience writing load and stress tests
- Experience with cloud-based testing labs (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience mentoring other QAs
- Good understanding of DevOps practices
- Good understanding of cloud-based architecture
