As a Retail Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for driving traffic and increasing sales with the Retail stores, through advertising initiatives. You will provide in-depth analysis of campaigns, utilising the data to make better decisions and maximise results.

You will play a key role in executing campaigns from planning through to delivery, including managing promotional materials, coordinating store events, and analysing campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and passionate about retail marketing.

This role is office based in our St Albans Head Office.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience in a Retail Marketing position or as a Marketing Campaign Coordinator.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,

  • Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude

  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional groups

  • A high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple projects

  • Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly

    Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency

  • Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to use Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage.
