Overview

Leading quality, driving improvement, and ensuring excellence in care across our services

As our Quality Assurance & CQC Compliance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across our residential, nursing, and retirement living services.

This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and excellence. Working closely with Registered Managers, operational leaders, senior colleagues, external partners, and regulatory bodies, you will provide expert guidance and assurance across quality, governance, compliance, and health and safety.

You will lead the development and implementation of robust quality assurance frameworks, ensuring our services remain compliant, inspection-ready, and focused on delivering outstanding, person-centred care.

While Registered Managers retain operational responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of their services, you will provide the oversight, challenge, support, and expertise needed to ensure consistent quality standards across our care and housing services.

About our services

Our care homes are real homes: welcoming communities built on belonging, connection, and purpose. They are places where residents can continue to enjoy meaningful lives, with opportunities for activities, entertainment, friendships, and personal interests.

Each home provides culturally sensitive care, including synagogue services, kosher or kosher-style meals, and celebrations of Shabbat and Jewish festivals. Alongside residential and nursing care, our Retirement Living services support people to remain independent while providing reassurance that support is available whenever needed.
