Job Introduction

We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Regulationand Policy Specialist with a Financial Advice focus to work with teams acrossthe FA function to review, analyse and suggest improvements to processes andpolicies, ensuring these are fit for purpose, meet any regulatory requirementsand deliver great outcomes for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

Reviewing Financial Advice processes, the successfulcandidate will ensure we are meeting regulation and have the right safeguardsand controls in place. Taking a more general view the role holder will alsoraise any potential improvements and efficiencies from a customer journeyperspective. As a subject matter expert, the Specialist will also keep upto date with the latest information from the regulator and work with colleaguesin Compliance and FA Risk to ensure we are in a good place for any futurechanges.

In addition to this, you will co-ordinate and produce the FAConduct Risk dashboard, which gives an holistic overview of FA’s CustomerOutcomes to board level and provide ad hoc assessments of the advice process andadvice provided to customers.

Ideal Candidate

Holds Level 4 diploma (or equivalent) Experience working within a Financial Services environment Has an inquisitive nature and natural curiosity when reviewing processes and information Has strong communication skills with colleagues at all levels Can demonstrate strong attention todetail
