Working Hours: 37 (although request for part time working will be considered)
Base Location: Shire Hall, Warwick (Agile Working)

About the Role

An opportunity has arisen that will give you experience of working in a programme and project environment. The role is a core part of a central team providing guidance to Programme and Project Managers as well as maintaining the IT system used to store Project and Programme details.

Key Requirements

You need to be extremely organised, with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in working in a busy environment. You should have a positive approach and be able to manage demands and conflicts in a calm professional manner.

Examples of Day-to-Day tasks:

IT System maintenance and deputising for Technical specialist (as needed)
Arranging governance team meetings, creating agendas and taking notes
Updating project risks, actions and issues
Planning & delivering training sessions
Analysing project data
Liaising with the project teams, ensuring they are completing tasks to deadlines
