The Role
An opportunity has arisen at our Beacon plant to join the Production Team as an Operative on our PM shift. We are looking for a highly motivated, focused and driven individual who can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude together with excellent organisation skills. It is expected that the successful applicant will be a strong communicator with ability to support continuous drive for increased production output and reduced wastage.
Previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred, but full training will be provided.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Operating machines within production
- General manual handling
- Understanding as well as an appreciation of both Health & Safety and Quality
