WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY• Be the main point of contact for product quality and safety related inquiries in the store, ensuring timely reporting of any compliance or quality deviations, incidents and risks in IKEA’s reporting system.• Communicate and educate on product improvements, product updates and other relevant information concerning product quality & safety in the store. • Follow-up on pending claims & product quality credits and implement timely stock correction actions on claims, once they are decided – following company policies, routines, and environmental laws and regulations when disposing of goods. • Promote the IKEA social and environmental commitment and work with your team to understand how, together, you can contribute to sustainability and re-shop and re-use. • Support the Showroom Manager by indirectly leading the team together, by assigning tasks and supervising the daily operations of the Product Quality & Recovery team when required. • Work pro-actively across functions to improve customer’s product quality experience, improve the quality and safety of the products on display, and reduce product quality related costs.WE CARE FOR THE PEOPLE It takes the diversity of thought, background, and culture to make great ideas a reality.
