The role


This role will provide data-entry support to the Fremantle Group payroll function. The Payroll Team Administrator will assist in the processing of all weekly payrolls including high volume freelance payroll and working alongside an outsourced payroll provider. The role will also support the Payroll Manager and work within the HR department to ensure accuracy against high-volume processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing high volume of invoices and casual staff payments
  • Enter high volume of new starters into the payroll system on a weekly basis, ensuring high degree of accurate data entry, calculations, deductions, and adjustments
  • Ensuring internal payroll deadlines are met
  • Working closely with the Fremantle UK Production teams to seek out missing information
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations – IR35
  • Verifying working hours and pay rates
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Support with management of payroll inbox

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of processing weekly payroll
  • Excellent data input and excel data manipulation skills
  • Exceptional numerical skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Experience in payroll is ideal but not essential
  • Good understanding of computer systems with a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with staff at all levels
  • Ability to work in creative environment
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
