Salary: £37000 – £39000

As our Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Levy operations within Kingsmeadow Stadium.

You will lead all elements of catering and to deliver the operational efficiency.  Planning, presentation and delivery of the food and beverage offer at primarily for the Women’s and Academy teams. Ensuring all standards are achieved and that we deliver best in class operation that continues to evolve operationally and technologically.

You will the primary Levy contact for the Kingsmeadow site, liaising with senior stakeholders, contractors and partners.

It will be your responsibility for matchday setup ensuring the catering areas in the stadium are ready and equipped.

You will understand and support the ordering process, ensure delivery schedules are updated, and orders placed in time. Other duties will include the analysis of COS, VPM, liquor yields to aid decision making. Managing stock, stock takes, wastage and labour scheduling will be part of your role.

You will manage and take ownership for all costs associated with the operations under your remit including revenue shortfalls and overspend and ensure that your team understand all areas of financial performance.

Innovation is key and part of your role will be to recommend and develop new products that reflect the current trends or provide an opportunity to improve the business, this could include developing new service styles and business opportunities that support growth of the business for both Levy & our clients.
