Here at BaxterStorey we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Manager to develop and lead a team of General Managers and Head Chefs located across our client’s nationwide contract portfolio, to provide exceptional Hospitality and catering services.

As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a unique portfolio of offices, ensuring world-class standards, operational efficiency and financial delivery. The perfect candidate will understand how to collaboratively work with a passionate and talented team ensuring they have the autonomy to affect the direction of their business with a shared vision of outstanding service delivery.

Some international travel will be required with this role but home location will be London and Reading

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations in the catering and hospitality industry.

  • Strong presentation skills and the charisma to influence stakeholders at all levels.
