It comprises of the Adult Early Help team, Reablement, Technology Enabled Care, Sensory Services and Occupational Therapy.
We are committed to growing an occupational therapy team that can provide preventative and strengths based interventions to enable people to achieve what really matters to them.
We play a crucial role in preventing admissions, promoting single handed care through specialist assessment and equipment provision, signposting, problem solving, facilitating discharges, and acting as a link between health and social care.

We now have the Refer a Friend scheme for occupational therapist roles. We will pay an introduction honoraria payment of £350 to any employee who introduces a job candidate who is subsequently employed by us as a result of that introduction, provided that all the terms of the scheme are satisfied.
We will also honour any continuous service in terms of annual leave entitlement for NHS staff.

Regulations which come into force from 11th November will require employees over 18 who enter CQC-registered care homes in England to have completed a full course of authorised COVID-19 vaccine doses at least 2 weeks before 11th November, unless they have a medical exemption. As part of your pre-employment checks you will need to provide evidence of your vaccinations or medical exemption. Your employment will not commence until this evidence is received.
