Job Description
We're looking for a New Business Manager to join our growth team! You'd help us increase our value by attracting, engaging and converting new clients and help to build brand equity for our agency.
Working alongside the growth team, you'll represent Digitas by promoting the agency and managing our opportunities across the pipeline. Prior experience in a digital agency would lend very nicely to this role!
You'll be responsible for:
- Analysing market trends and foreseeing client needs, to create insights to drive leads and open new business opportunities
- Establish and grow relationships with leads and relevant partners
- Define new ways and approaches to improve and deliver value to our clients and prospects
- Drive conversion of new opportunities that bring in commercial success coupled with rewarding work for our teams
- Implement and run systems, processes and ways of working to support all new business activities and foster collaboration across our teams
- Champion collaboration between leadership and new business as well as across the company
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure we are communicating in a way that attracts new commercial opportunities
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Established experience in a New Business role in a digital or creative agency setting
- Great communication skills and proven relationship building experience
- Strong presentation and powerpoint skills
- Organised, self-motivated and a natural problem solver
- Collaborative mindset, and ability to communicate with internal & external stakeholders across a variety of levels
