About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive support professional with an interest in the Higher Education and/or legal sectors, to play an important role at one of the world’s leading universities.
What you would be doing
As our Legal and Regulatory Affairs Operations Officer, you will work primarily with the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Team, and from time-to-time certain other Professional Services teams, to provide outstanding, consistent and proactive oversight and coordination support. You will also support the Deputy University Secretary & General Counsel with proactive and high-quality support (such as diary management, document production, meeting coordination and support), and may from time to time provide support to other Directors in the Division.
What we are looking for
- An undergraduate degree
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, working collaboratively with others
- Experience of establishing, managing and maintaining administrative systems and processes and keeping accurate records
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and plan workload
- Knowledge/understanding of governance
- Knowledge/understanding of the Higher Education Sector
