We are looking to find an enthusiastic and motivated individual passionate about contributing to make a positive impact for the people and communities we serve.

This role is home based and therefore location can be anywhere, however easy reach of Salford, Stevenage or Milton Keynes is advantageous for meeting up and working together from time to time, but it is not essential. We work over teams and you will get access to shared folders so that when working remotely you can access everything you need.

We will supply a laptop and you will get access to the Sodexo’s learning system where you can benefit from 100’s of online learning programmes and a playlist of training modules that have been specifically designed for our kickstart team members that will guide you through CV writing, interview techniques and so much more.

We hold a weekly learning and check in session with all our Kickstart employees so that they can connect and develop their skills whilst working virtually as a group. This is an essential part of our programme, so your attendance is required. You will also be given a mentor for the duration of the programme.

Your line manager will show you what you need to do and how you need to do, all you need to do is come to work with a positive and pro-active attitude, and eagerness to work for a great organisation like Sodexo.

To support with the organisation and administration of the Corporate Responsibility Team to embed and empower our people to give back through volunteering and fundraising for Stop Hunger.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft office programmes such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Passionate or interested in contributing to social impact
