Description: The Role:
Contributing to the success of the HR service and achievement of its objectives the HR Co-ordinator will play a key role in supporting the wider HR Team. You will be responsible for administering the Council’s corporate learning and development programme and undertaking a wide range of HR and L&D related administration. This role requires the post holder to be a confident communicator, organised, able to collate, and manage data and generate reports.

About You:
Your experience and skills will include:

Experience of co-ordination and administration of multiple activities.
Working with complex computerised information systems, spread sheets and databases and of processing data and produce reports.
Excellent IT skills in the use of MS 365 – including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Able to pay close attention to detail and focus on finishing tasks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain things clearly and good written communication skills with the ability to analyse numerical information.
Excellent customer relationships skills.
Whilst not essential, it would be advantageous for you to be working towards a CIPD level 5 qualification.

Role:
(Interim) HR Co-ordinator

Hours:
This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, Office hours

Contract:
12month Fixed Term/Secondment

Salary:
£30,296 – £33,945 per annum (City Pay Band 4), pro rata for part time.

Location:
While this role is largely hybrid working and can largely be undertaken from home it will require working from our Cambridge sites to support training activities on a regular basis.
