We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Hospitality Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • If you are passionate about providing a high quality food service, motivating and developing your teams to achieve great results and you thrive on being able to provide a bespoke and personal service to clients, whilst being given the opportunity to develop your full potential we want to hear from you. This challenging opportunity will be working with the Manager and deputising in his/her absence. Motivate and develop staff to deliver a quality standard of service whilst managing the business needs and performance standards.

Our ideal Assistant Hospitality Manager will:

  • Proven operational management experience within a contract catering, hotel or restaurant environment
  • Managing teams to deliver innovative, high quality food and beverage service.
  • Being obsessive about providing great customer service and food in both the café and hospitality environment
  • Leading and developing a team ensuring they progress and personally develop.
Eurest, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, typically serves 250,000 meals daily, servicing approx 300 contracts across over 700 sites nationwide. The company is a major business and industry foodservice provider for UK organisations many of which have been crucially important in keeping the UK economy and society in general, functioning during the pandemic.
