Rate of Pay: €50,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am – 3pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of 20 team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering high-quality service
- Work closely with the chef to ensure that all food offerings, from sandwich lunches to fine dining, are of the highest standard and meet client expectations
- Oversee the planning and execution of all events and hospitality services, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly and to the client’s satisfaction
- Support the General Manager on a daily basis
