More about the role:

The Aviva Stadium in Dublin holds a capacity of 52k seated spectators and is the home of the Irish Rugby Football Union and the Football Association of Ireland.

Have you got that fire in your belly, a powerful sense of ambition and the determination to succeed? Are you looking for a rewarding, career enhancing role with guaranteed progression at one of Irelands most iconic sports arenas?

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager you will manage the delivery and co-ordination of event day and Conferencing and events at the stadium. Hosting up to 2500 covers on match days, formal dinners over 36 corporate boxes and 17 other conference spaces

  • You will indirectly manage up to 300 casual team members and 40 Supervisors/Match Day Managers, building the competence of team members through coaching, support and development, in order to help achieve the overall business aims

  • You will establish and administer sound control systems and procedures within the Hospitality operation at the stadium to ensure extremely high levels of service to all our clients and guests

About you:
  • Proven experience in large volume hospitality management
  • Proven client relationship management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a dynamic hospitality team
  • Experience working within financial budgets and targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A communicative nature and strong work ethic
  • Experience of planning and delivering world class hospitality
  • A keen eye for detail, strict organisation and an appetite for victory
