IKEA Reading are looking to welcome Food and Beverage Assistants to join our delightful and hardworking team. A food co-worker at IKEA helps prepare and serve food, ensures cleanliness and safety in dining areas, and provides friendly customer service in the restaurant,WHAT WE OFFER • Start date of employment will be: 4th October 2025• Competitive hourly rate of £13.25 per hour. • 12 and 24hrs contract. working 3/4 days per week and includes weekends. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • The role will involve a variety of tasks, where you will be required to serve food, take payment at tills, clean and clear the restaurant and work behind the scenes to prepare food. • Customer focused, by working together to create the best customer experience. Listen, act, and exceed their expectations every day. • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers. • Support your colleagues, lend a hand, and create a positive work environment, contributing to a proud team.
