Your Role:
• Become a category expert across your territory (Top 4 grocers)
• Build strong in-store relationships to drive sales and availability
• Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Improve compliance and in-store processes
• Train and support store staff on product knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Experience in the grocery sector
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder
• Motivated, energetic, and results-focused
• Full UK driving licence required
