Duty Manager
Elite Athlete Centre & Hotel
Position: Full time post (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week) working 5 over 7 days
Rate of Pay: £12.70 per hour

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly, and highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our team at the Elite Athlete Centre & Hotel.
In this key role you will lead and support on all day-to-day operations always ensuring an exceptional level of service to our guests, identifying guests needs, and responding proactively to their concerns.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, who can use their initiative to make decisions and can work well under pressure. You will have relevant experience in managing a busy restaurant, catering or hotel operation, with experience of supervising a team.
