Digital Solution Specialist

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, as part of your role, you will be working with our Key Account Management teams, E-Business team, and Digital Systems team and the wider sales force, in the field, where you will be responsible for the promotion of the different e-Business and System solutions we have at our disposal. You will be working with the existing customer base- pitching the concept of e-Procurement, passing qualifying leads to our E-Procurement Consultant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Digital Systems:
You will be the go-to person in the field when it comes to the prospecting and selling of Digital Systems.
Manage and Lead Digital System projects with the Head of Systems.
Implement and take responsibility for the Digital Systems within your area portfolio.
Liaise with our Customers on best practices for general understanding of Digital Solutions.
Visit and upkeep vending solutions within your region and liaise with customer stakeholders for any queries.
•E-Business:
You will be the go-to person in the field when it comes to E-Business and Sales.
You will be proactive in the targeting of new organisations that would benefit from the e-Business solutions we offer.
Ongoing collaboration with E-Procurement Team in the pursuit of getting effective connections in place between organisations.
Regular training courses, best practices, presentations and work outs with the sales force where you will promote the effective acquisition of new e-procurement customers.
•Project & Pipeline Management:
You will be responsible for your own pipeline – prospecting, presenting and discussions are a key part of all customer centric aspects of the position.
You will also be responsible for your own calendar management.
•Other duties as assigned by your line manager.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 1 years sales experience.
•Technical sales experience in selling solutions is advantageous but not essential.
•Ability to work with multiple customers to move them from a manual like process to the variety of digital solutions we offer.
•Tenacious in getting appointments and meetings in place and the ability to influence customers to help increase sales.
•Previous experience in a self-managed calendar position is desired.
•Previous experience presenting to key stakeholders within your own company and customers businesses is also desirable.
•Strong Customer Service Orientation and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple project deadlines.
Salary: £27,000 per annum plus bonus’
