These roles could be combined to create a full time (37 hour) post but be aware that each role includes delivering at least 2 after-school/evening sessions with young people. (Normally these involve working no later than 9.30/10pm).
The roles would include managing sessional staff and volunteers, planning and delivering accessible, safe, and fun activities for young people, overseeing monitoring and data collection, safeguarding and health & safety, and attending relevant team and partnership meetings.
The pay rate depends on youth work qualification, £14.18 – £15.75 per hour.
Over the past 10 years since registering as a charity, FACE has developed this work to reach new areas and established expertise, especially in working with young people with neurodiversity and SEND.
FACE is a friendly and active Disability Confident Committed charity which values its staff through development opportunities, regular supervision, and a Real Living Wage pay structure reviewed annually by trustees.
