You will join the team within our Conference and Events department . The role involves a mixture of day and late evening shifts, with occasional overnights. The work will be primarily bar-focused, but may also include a variety of other departmental tasks
You enjoy working behind the Bar preparing and serving drinks, demonstrating superb knowledge of the menu, providing recommendations and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
