About the role

Do you have the skills and desire to be our company secretary, keeping children and young people at the heart of all we do? 

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Company Secretary and governance

professional to ensure that all our regulatory requirements are met in a timely manner.  In

addition you will manage the governance arrangements between NCT and the respective

Councils and other stakeholders. You will act as the main point of contact for maintaining

business continuity plans and operational effectiveness in addition to providing support

for statutory inspections that happen within the Trust.

About you 

You will be an enthusiastic, dynamic and creative individual looking to play a pivotal role in ensuring we meet all our statutory obligations whilst supporting service delivery across Northamptonshire Children’s Trust.

You will be able to Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation as this role will regularly interact with our Board of Directors, Senior Managers and employees throughout the Trust.

You will have strong experience of maintaining contract governance, along with the ability to monitor the performance of our SLA’s. 

Central to the success of this role will be an ability to develop and maintain positive and effective professional relationships to ensure collaboration across teams, service areas and external stakeholders.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced company secretary to join our organisation in a key role, as it continues to develop.
