About the department:

You will join our established and dedicated team of 600 colleagues in our Asset Management department.

Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across Jigsaw Homes Group covering a broad range of disciplines, including;- reactive maintenance, planned and cyclical maintenance, property refurbishments, grounds maintenance, caretaking and estate services, building safety, compliance and more. 

Role information:

Working as part of the Estates Services team based in Tameside within our Housing for Over 55s schemes, you will carry out general cleaning of communal areas, preparing guest rooms and bedding for visiting customers, ordering stock and carrying out stock checks.

Your ability to get things done quickly and efficiently will help us create clean, safe and attractive environments where our customers can call home.

You will ideally have a reasonable standard level of literacy and numeracy skills to be able to interpret and comply with risk assessments.

You will be able to work independently and with onsite support staff from our Housing for Over 55s team.

You will be committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Onsite training and equipment will be provided to help you to work successfully.
