Wychavon District Council are recruiting for a new Civil Enforcement Officer to join the team.

Whilst some may say it’s just a Traffic Warden position, we truly believe this role is so much more. Our Civil Enforcement Officers are the front face of the Council and represent the Councils values and commitment to the community. Our Civil Enforcement Officers are also the eyes and ears of the local community, patrolling areas, providing advice to the public, whist enforcing road traffic orders and issuing Penalty Charge Notices.

This role contributes to a number of positive outcomes and is also key in delivering the Councils promise to reduce traffic congestion and keeping the roads flowing all of which contributes to an improved environment for all.

This is a full time role and no two days will be the same, working on a rota, you will have day to day, face to face contact with the public, there will be opportunity to build strong working relationships with local business, residents and visitors of the area as well as being to work outdoors in all weathers in our wonderful district.
